We offer 24/7 coverage upon request, but it’s not default. Our Assistants are usually available 4 or 8 hours a day, five days a week, with clients choosing the time block (no split hours). For alternative coverage options (8/7, 16/5, 16/7, 24/5, 24/7), please contact us.
You can assign as much work as needed within the agreed hours, but the speed of completion depends on factors like task type, complexity, and other ongoing work.
