It's your choice! Kite Assistants serve clients globally and can work in any timezone.
We offer 24/7 coverage upon request, but it’s not default. Our Assistants are usually available 4 or 8 hours a day, five days a week, with clients choosing the time block (no split hours). For alternative coverage options (8/7, 16/5, 16/7, 24/5, 24/7), please contact us.
You can assign as much work as needed within the agreed hours, but the speed of completion depends on factors like task type, complexity, and other ongoing work.
Kite Assistants are highly educated, fluent English speakers from around the world. They undergo a thorough vetting, training, and testing process. Supervised by skilled Managers, they work in supportive teams. Our Assistants are paid above-market salaries and are motivated by your satisfaction.
Yes, Kite can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that covers both your relationship with Kite and Kite's relationship with any hired assistants. However, we are unable to sign agreements that include a non-compete clause. Please consult your Success Manager for further details.
Please note that if you choose to sign a custom NDA exclusively with the virtual assistant (VA), it may limit our team's ability to oversee your account effectively in terms of quality and supervision.
Kite guarantees a 3-minute response time, during which your Assistant will notify you of their start time or provide an update. The completion time depends on task complexity, but you can expect high-quality work. Kite Assistants are well-trained, highly educated, and fluent in English (and often another language).
