At Kite Assistant, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, requiring changes to your service plans. That’s why we’ve designed a transparent and fair cancellation policy that respects the needs of all parties involved. Please review our policy carefully to avoid any confusion.
Service Cancellation.
We value your time and flexibility. If you need to cancel a virtual assistant service, you can do so by providing at least two days’ notice from the time of task assignment. To request a cancellation, please send an email to our customer support team.
Refund Policy.
Clients are eligible for a refund based on the terms agreed upon in the service contract:
100% Refund – If the cancellation request is made within 2 days of task assignment or signup.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
Cancellation Fees.
In certain cases, a cancellation fee may apply to cover processing costs and task reassignment:
- Cancellation between the 2nd and 5th day of signup → 50% refund (half of the paid amount is retained as a cancellation fee).
- Cancellation after 5 days of signup → No refund.
Project-Based Cancellations.
For project-based services, cancellation terms vary depending on the project type and completion stage. Fees may apply based on the nature of the cancellation. Please contact our support team for details.
Rescheduling Instead of Cancelling.
We encourage clients to reschedule their tasks instead of canceling the service. If you need to adjust your schedule, simply send a request to our customer support team, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Kite Assistant reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and clients are encouraged to review it periodically to stay informed.
