Kite Assistant (KA) is a virtual assistant platform where you can find the productivity of your work by us. Every slice and piece of work we do for you is completed and checked by one of our trained human assistants.

While 24/7 coverage is available, our primary offering focuses on dedicated support. By default, KA operates 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, with a schedule which you customize. Your chosen 8-hour window can be set at any time but must be continuous, without breaks.

1. Payements.
Your payment information is securely stored with Stripe, a global leader in payment processing trusted by companies like Google, Amazon, WesternUnion, Paypal, Internet Banking. Stripe holds PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, the highest standard in the payments industry. All card numbers are encrypted at rest using AES-256-bit encryption, while data in transit is protected with mandatory TLS encryption.
2. Credentials.
Any credentials shared with KA are securely managed through Google Cloud’s Secret Manager, an industry-leading credential management system. All data exchanged with Secret Manager is encrypted both in transit (via TLS) and at rest (using AES-256-bit encryption).
3. KA Human Agents.
All human agents working with KA are bound by strict non-disclosure and data security agreements. Only essential personnel have access to customer data, and all agents undergo rigorous training and certification in data security best practices. Additionally, access logs and monitoring software help track and ensure compliance with security protocols.
4. File Uploads.
Stored files are securely managed within Google Cloud, with access controlled via public-private key encryption. Only two entities hold private keys: the original sender and the dedicated team assigned to your account.
KA is primarily located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, though has a global presence with employees across the world. We strive to hire the best people, and are not confined by borders.
Yes! You can use KA for Business from anywhere in the world—whether you’re traveling or at home. The only limitation is that KA, trained human assistants, can only communicate in English, Hindi and Bengali. However, we will do our best to assist you.

Our refund policy is straightforward. If you decide to discontinue our services, notify us within 2 days of your transaction. We will refund 85% of the subscription amount after deducting any used hours. Refund requests made after 2 days will not be accepted, but you can still use the purchased hours for up to 30 days.
