Yes, Kite can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that covers both your relationship with Kite and Kite's relationship with any hired assistants. However, we are unable to sign agreements that include a non-compete clause. Please consult your Success Manager for further details.

Please note that if you choose to sign a custom NDA exclusively with the virtual assistant (VA), it may limit our team's ability to oversee your account effectively in terms of quality and supervision.

Kite Assistants are selected based on their expertise and experience, and each undergoes training before being paired with clients. However, setting clear expectations and dedicating a few hours to their orientation can ensure a smooth and efficient start.

Kite guarantees a 3-minute response time, during which your Assistant will notify you of their start time or provide an update. The completion time depends on task complexity, but you can expect high-quality work. Kite Assistants are well-trained, highly educated, and fluent in English (and often another language).

All Kite VAs complete a 4-6 week customized training program designed by the company.

They also receive hands-on training under close supervision from senior members of Kite’s operations team and engage in ongoing professional development throughout the year.
